- Does Pledge collect donations?
- No. Members give through your existing methods — offering, bank transfer, your current online giving. Pledge keeps the record and handles statements.
- Are the statements official tax receipts?
- They're giving statements based on your records. Whether they meet your country's receipt rules depends on your organization's status and the wording you add, so check with your accountant.
- Do members need an account?
- No. Members pledge with a name and amount and get a private link to view or change their pledge.
- Can several people manage our campaigns?
- Yes, on the Community plan: invite up to five admins and viewers by email. The free plan has one admin.
- What does it cost?
- Free for one open campaign and up to 50 supporters. Community is $19 a month or $190 a year per organization, with unlimited campaigns and supporters.
