Keep the record straight and the relationship strong.

SquadFin keeps commitments clear and relationships strong — at home and at work. Families use it to track what they give, lend and share; churches and nonprofits use it for pledge campaigns and giving statements; practices, firms and freelancers use it to follow up privately on what they're owed. We keep the record and help with the words; payments always stay between the people involved.

SquadFin is not a bank, payment app, lender, debt collector or tax adviser. It never connects to a bank account, card or payment app.

  • Giving — track what you give to family, friends, faith and charity, with tax-deductible totals.
  • Settle — write down a loan between family or friends and agree a repayment plan.
  • Share — split family costs fairly and see who has covered what.
  • Events — a page for group gifts and collections; people pledge, you record what arrives.
  • Pledge — campaigns, pledge records and year-end statements for churches and nonprofits.
  • Resolve — private follow-ups on unpaid invoices and balances, with no personal data stored.

Questions

What is SquadFin?
SquadFin keeps commitments clear and relationships strong — at home and at work. Families use it to track what they give, lend and share; churches and nonprofits use it for pledge campaigns and giving statements; practices, firms and freelancers use it to follow up privately on what they're owed. We keep the record and help with the words; payments always stay between the people involved.
Does SquadFin move or hold payments?
No. Every SquadFin product keeps records, plans and reminders. People pay each other the way they already do — cash, bank transfer or a payment app — and SquadFin is never in the middle.
Do I need to connect my bank?
No, and you can't. SquadFin never asks for bank logins, card numbers or payment-app handles, and blocks them if they're typed in by mistake.
Is SquadFin free?
Every tool starts free. SquadFin Plus ($4.99 a month or $39 a year) removes the limits on the personal tools. Organizations and businesses have their own plans.
Which tool should I use?
Giving for tracking what you give; Settle for loans between family and friends; Share for splitting family costs; Events for group gifts and collections; Pledge for churches and nonprofits; Resolve for following up on unpaid invoices or balances.
Is SquadFin for businesses too?
Yes. Pledge serves churches, nonprofits, schools and associations with pledge campaigns and year-end statements. Resolve serves healthcare practices, law firms, accounting and advisory firms, agencies, trades and freelancers who need to follow up on unpaid balances privately. Both have team access and their own plans.
Can my business use SquadFin without sharing customer data?
Yes. Resolve is built so the people you follow up with are never entered into SquadFin — you label each link with your own reference and send it from your own email or phone.
