SquadFin Resolve vs automated invoice reminder tools
Automated reminder tools (and the reminders built into accounting software) connect to your books and email clients automatically. Resolve takes a different approach: no integration, no client contact data on our side, and a private page where the client can respond.
Choose SquadFin Resolve if: Your clients' data is sensitive or regulated. You want each follow-up to come from you, not an automated system. You don't want to connect another tool to your accounts.
Choose invoice reminder software if: You send many routine invoices and want reminders fully automated. You want payments collected through a link inside the reminder.
